Online Training and Fitness is for you if you want more contact with your Trainer, if you like training at home or if you prefer to work autonomously.
Depending on what YOU need, I can be in touch every day or every 4 weeks. You can also ask questions in the forums, help others and participate in the online community.

Sometimes I meet clients who know they need more. More guidance, more accountability and someone to set out a tailored plan to follow.
Life is busy, and there’s enough to do without having to sort through all the nitty gritty. I can do that for you. Daily contact, weekly coaching Skype calls, activity and training plans plus meal plans based on your needs.
Because I focus on ensuring your training is sustainable for the long term, programs are split and periodised each 6 weeks – you never have to worry about over training or getting results – I’ve done that for you.
